|CALCULATING SHIPPING COSTS
Due to the nature of our business, dealing with bulk items and small items, it becomes difficult to automatically estimate shipping costs. In order to provide the lowest shipping price, we assess each order after it is submitted and use a combination of different carriers (UPS, FedEx, Freight Companies) to ship items.
Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping need from Ground orders to Freight, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address and items. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO Addresses
Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer--up to 21 days for APO/FPO addresses.
Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations or shipping method choices may be limited and/or costly. Please call our customer service representative at 877-228-6017 for more information.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by TheAmenitiescompany.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any shipping fees. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise the shipping and return shipping may be deducted from the credit. Please call our customer service representative for more information.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE
TheAmenitiesCompany.com does not accept returns or issue refunds on the following items:
Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
Items purchased from sellers other than TheAmenitiesCompany.com
Items that have been used or are open
Partial Refunds or Store Credit will be issued for the following items:
Some items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
If your product was damaged upon arrival, then please call our customer service department so we can file an insurance claim through the shipping carrier.
ORDERS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago may be eligible for partial refund or store credit at the discretion of the customer account manager. Please call our customer service representative at 877-228-6017 for more information.
LARGE BULK ITEMS
We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our specialty shippers. These items do require a special type of return. If you need to return an item shipped via a specialty shipper, please call our customer service representative at 877-228-6017. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item.
Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.
